This morning when I awakened
and saw the sun above
I softly said 'Good morning lord
bless everyone I love'
right away I thought of you
and said a loving prayer
that he would bless you specially
and keep you free from care
I thought of all the happiness
a day could hold in store
I wished it all for you
because no-one deserves it more
I felt so warm and good inside
my heart was all aglow
I know god heard my prayer for you

how much I miss you everyday.
As time goes by, the loneliness grows,
How I miss you, nobody knows.
I think of you in silence,
I often speak your name.
But all I have are memories,
And a photo in a frame.
No one sees me weep.
But the love I have for you,
Is in my heart, and mine to keep.
I have never stopped loving you
and I know I never will.
Deep inside my heart,
You are with me still.
Heartaches, this world are many,
But mine is worse than any.
My heart still aches, as I whisper low,
"I need you... and miss you so."
The things we feel so deeply
are often the hardest things to say.
But I just can't keep quiet anymore,
